A man’s sex is not a topic that your guy will want to talk about often. This is why is you want to know the truth about your man and his sex, your best option is to seek the advice of a man who works for a woman’s magazine. Yeah, there may be a lot of myths that surround what women assume to be true about a man’s sex, but you should really only believe less than half of them.
1. Men are Not Monogamous
Absolutely we can be, and the proof lies in a man’s simplicity. Men are simple creatures with simple needs. Adding several women to his roster makes a man’s life anything but simple. Women, on the other hand, are masters at organization, which means if anyone would have the best chance at a happy affair, it would be a woman. According to research, women are also less likely to feel remorse over cheating, This is because they feel justified for their actions, whereas most men just feel the guilt.
2. Men Like Sex More Than Women
I wish we could find the person (or group of people) who started this rumor and give them some really good sex. The truth is, women can love sex every bit as much as a man. Women may not think about it quite as often, but if you talk to enough women with a satisfying sex life, you will soon see that they absolutely enjoy themselves as much as any man.
3. Big Feet Means a Big… Ahem
Sorry to disappoint all my big toed brothers, but according to the majority of research, the size of a man’s feet probably has next to nothing to do with the size of his manhood.
4. Men Lie About Sex More
Wrong again. I think we can say that women are just a lot better at lying. Men are more likely to lie about their adventures, making them sound more sexually adventurous than they really are. Women don’t necessarily like to talk about their exploits, so their version of lying is not telling the whole story. The reality is, according to a survey by Playboy, 22 percent of male college students are still virgins, which is a sharp contrast from the one percent most guys assume. So, yeah–we all lie about sex equally.
5. Men Fall Asleep After Sex
Men are guilty as charged on this one, but most of us can’t help it. As it turns out, sex just puts men in such a relaxed state, it is actually difficult for us to stay awake afterwards. Take this as a compliment ladies, as it means we weren’t faking our orgasm.
6. Men Don’t Fake Orgasms
Well, actually some men do. And while it is a shame to do this period, it has more to do with embarrassment and the fear of hurting their partner’s feelings.
7. Men are Driven by the Size of their Happy Stick
This one is also somewhat true. Most men believe that the average size of a man is 7-inches. So to make-up for any possible shortcoming, he has learned to round up appropriately. If a man is 5′ 11″ he becomes 6-foot. If he weights 155 pounds, he becomes 160. If his happy stick is only 5.5-inches erect, he rounds it out to be about 7.5-inches and calls it a day. This is why whey surveys ask men directly, the average is well about six-inches, and when doctors take their own measurements, the numbers drop to 5-inches.
8. Only Men Have Wet Dreams
Perhaps men are the only ones to have visual evidence of a wet dream, but scientists suggest that women can have the same great sex dreams that result in a pseudo-orgasm.
9. Testicles Sag with Age
I am happy to report that by no documented proof does a man testicles sag with age. Now, if you pull on them regularly, the results may differ, but just using them normally will have no effect. What does seem to happen to men as we get older is our testes shrink, which often makes them appear to be hanging lower, when in reality it is just that the sac is a bit emptier. It may not sound glamorous either way, but at least we finally have that myth straightened out.
10. Men Peak Sexually Before Women
This myth is a sham, and it needlessly makes women feel like their men are just growing farther away from them as the years pass. There is no proof to this claim, and in fact, men and women can share great sex together through much of their golden years. The secret to peaking sexually seems to have more to do with your attitude and health than anything else, so go ahead and feel free to peak whenever you like.
So, don’t believe everything your guy tells you about sex, ladies, and only believe about half of what you read. The reality of a man’s sex is that it is more effected by his personal attitude and current health than he may want you to know.
