Don’t get us wrong; we’re all for women specific products, except when that includes the Honda Pitch and girl pens (we don’t see the need for either of these). But occasionally, manufacturers get off track and continue to produce a product that may do the job, but could sure use some improvement. Case-in-point, these:
The typical women’s safety razor is a bit clunky, difficult to hold and not always easy to navigate without nicking yourself (repeatedly). However, in the world of gender specific products, occasionally something comes along that is absolutely wonderful, even though the packaging may not seem as inviting (like when there is no pink color to choose from – but we’re okay with that).
The ATX Headblade was designed and sculpted to make shaving a man’s head easier, quicker and more effective. However, let me tell you ladies, this works wonders on your legs, underarms and anywhere else.
The trick lies within its suspension and wheels, which holds the blade at the correct angle no matter which of your curves you happen to be navigating. This vastly decreases the amount of cuts and razor burn you normally delve out to yourself. And truth be told, we’re not always the most careful shavers (who has time for that). But with the ATX, you really don’t have to be all that careful, as it is pretty forgiving.
This design works whether you prefer to shave away or towards your body. You just slide your middle finger in the center slot for maneuverability and let the shaver do most of the work for you.
